Twitter now lets you add topics to Spaces, but the options are limited


Twitter is including still yet another characteristic to make Areas much more discoverable. On Friday, the enterprise announced the addition of Subjects. As the title indicates, they are effectively pre-defined tags you can use to enable like-minded individuals discover your audio rooms. You can add up to three Subjects to a Place. Some of the ones you can use at present involve “leisure,” “world information” and “gaming.”

At start, the characteristic is fairly restricted. It’s only readily available to pick Android people, there are only 10 whole Subjects to pick from and Subjects only do the job in English. However, Twitter claimed iOS assistance is coming before long, and that it will expand the quantity of readily available Subjects “as we create jointly.”

Like the update the enterprise announced back again in August, it is harmless to say Twitter’s hope here is to motivate better use of Areas by generating it less difficult to discover audio rooms, notably the ones that align with your interests.
