OTSU — A boy or girl diagnosed with gender dysphoria was bullied at their day treatment in this west Japan metropolis, a 3rd-get together panel claimed to the mayor on July 6 in what they imagine to be the to start with case in the region to be regarded as bullying towards a preschool youngster.
