Ontario Supporting Victims of Crime in Underserved Areas

TORONTO — The Ontario federal government is investing an more $two.1 million to deliver new supports and providers for victims of crime in Leeds-Grenville, Dufferin County and the Nipissing region – historically underserved locations of the province. Maximizing sexual violence assistance providers for victims, rising disaster intervention providers and expanding totally free legal information is section of the 2021 Budget, Ontario’s Motion Approach: Preserving People’s Health and Our Economy.
