At first there was one, and then two, and then three. They catch breaths from one another, learning to play quickly and slowly. Creating playscapes that are out of this world, the three experiment with one another, making sounds, shapes and colours, and playing off on each other’s energy. Harnessing the power of breaths, they make different objects move up and down, fast and slow.

Catch a Breath! is a performance that revolves around the strength and power of breath. Given so little attention, breathing is the root of movement and emotions that evolves with feelings. This performance draws attention to the intangible strength of breathing through physical theatre. Combined with puppetry, the performance shows the little ones how they can use breathing to centre themselves through difficult situations, and be more mindful and empathetic towards difference. Book tickets HERE.
