Isaac Argro, 23, appeared in the New York Supreme Courtroom on Monday and was billed with 2nd-diploma murder and two counts of next-degree criminal possession of a weapon right after he allegedly shot Azsia Johnson, 20, in June on New York’s Upper East Facet.
