The director of a St. Paul being pregnant resource centre uncovered the making vandalized Monday, pursuing earlier scenarios of graffiti at an additional middle in St. Paul and to the building of a statewide group that opposes abortion.
Glass doors to Abria Pregnancy Assets have been broken, perhaps with a rock, and red graffiti was spray painted on the building in the St. Anthony Park neighborhood. It explained, “If abortions are not safe, neither are you.”
The destruction happened about 2:30 a.m. Monday, dependent on movie surveillance, when no 1 was inside, stated Angela Franey, Abria Being pregnant Methods executive director.
“I’m unhappy above the misunderstanding, people today not comprehending what we do,” Franey said.
Abria Pregnancy Assets is not a political business, and its facilities in St. Paul and Minneapolis “provide a constructive different to abortion,” Franey reported. She stated they have a healthcare team and give being pregnant screening and ultrasounds, together with prenatal and parenting training, diapers, method and infant apparel.
The St. Paul center at University Avenue and Vandalia Street is being fixed, with options to reopen Tuesday. They have security safety measures in position, Franey reported.
