The professors who educate Legal Practice come from a diverse, distinguished, and practical background, and so they have expertise in extremely regarded law companies, in state and federal clerkships, and in the state and federal authorities. This breadth of expertise enriches the training of Texas Tech law college students.
To be eligible, a pupil should also participate within the first-year Appellate Advocacy competitors. This competitors is open solely to UW Law students who have completed no less than one year toward a JD or LLM degree. Students could submit a short essay or article on any issue regarding any facet of the American jury system. This competitors is sponsored by the Federal Bar Association of the Western District of Washington, the competition honors Judge William L. Dwyer, one of the nation’s most revered federal judges.
